Eshwarshop offers 3 days & 7 days replacement guarantee for all products sold. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, damage due to transportation or wrong product dispatches. In these cases we will bear the two way courier charges.
In case if the customer wants to exchange a product which they have ordered by mistake the customer will have to bear the two way courier charges.
Return/Exchange is invalid in cases of incidental damage, malfunctioning of the product, natural disasters, riot or negligence on part of the customer.
Any way Eshwarshop is much considerate and keen in focusing customer satisfaction in all aspects; we will solve your return/exchange claim in a very friendly manner.
To ensure a seamless return, we shall check the condition of the product before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage/wrong product before processing for replacement . In case we do not have the same product in stock, you can buy an alternate product or you can receive the refund of money.
Any Refund will be processed within10 working days after acceptance from our customer care team.
The refund policy is not applicable for consumable items like BRANDED PRODUCTS/COMPANY PACKING PRODUCTS which have been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and these product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you to use a reliable courier service to reach as fast with minimum cost since we have to bear the courier charges in some cases as mentioned above.
